Sean's Lamb Souvlaki Recipe

Here is my lamb souvlaki or kebab recipe.

Ingredients:
4 lbs boneless leg of lamb - I usually like to get this from Costco
3 tbsp of olive oil
2 shallots - minced
1 clove of garlic - minced
1 tbsp of salt
1 tbsp of fresh ground pepper
1 tbsp of dried oregano
Juice of one fresh lime

Cut the boneless leg of lamb into 1 inch cubes and place in a stainless steel mixing bowl.
Drizzle 3 tbsp of olive oil over the lamb cubes.
Add the minced shallots and garlic.
Add the salt, pepper, and oregano.
Squeeze the juice from one lime over everything.
Mix all the ingredients together and let sit overnight.
Your lamb souvlaki is now ready to be grilled.
